Friday Q & A – What are your fees?
Updated: 1d
Question
What are your fees?
Answer
My fees have changed a lot since I first answered this. I no longer provide financial advice, personal product advice or tax returns. Instead I build tailored financial models and give strategic modelling and structuring guidance, so you can see the levers, the pros and cons, the risks, the things you might have missed and what’s actually moving the needle.
Everything is online and priced up front (all prices include GST):
Free 15-minute call. We work out whether modelling is likely to help and whether we’re a good fit. You fill in a few details beforehand via a Google Sheet.
Consultation: $110 an hour. Good for a specific question, and it doubles as my hourly rate for extra time.
A big decision: $3,300. A tailored model built around one big decision, showing the levers, trade-offs and risks.
Hire me for a week: $4,400. 40 hours working exclusively on your strategic model and its variations.
There are no percentage-of-assets fees and no commissions, so the price is the price.
Not sure which fits? See the Options page or book the free 15-minute call and we’ll work it out together.
I cover this in more detail in my video, How Much Financial/Robo Advisors ACTUALLY Cost, on the Edvest YouTube channel.
